Adding a Navigation Button

I've read everything I can about Navigation Buttons. Unfortunately my mind doesn't seem to put it all together ! lol! Anyway, would someone please take a minute and write an easy to follow instruction to adding a normal Navigation Bar and setting it up to link.

Search in the mod section for "navbar"
