Well a member said the style chooser wasnt at the bottom of the page and when I checked, it wasnt there either.

In the vbulletin options, it says users can change the style so any idea whats up?

Go to Style Manager > find a style you want chooseable > Edit Settings > Allow User Selection > Yes

Make sure you have that set for at least two styles or the style chooser won't show up.
