Displaying threads posted by the user in a forum

I am trying to modify the user profile page on my forum (3.6.11) and would like to add a new link below Find all posts by username and Find all threads started by username, I want that link to work in the same way as find all threads but only provide results from a particular forum i.e. how-to or offtopic.

Any idea what the search string would be for this?
