Moderate users based on match in Profile Fields

I will work on this if I get time but it may be a while before I get to do it but I noticed today that I had a huge number of bots that had registered with the same basic profile fields information.

My idea is to make a page where an Admin Can define fields to match and if the user has a something in their registration profile that matches then the user should be moderated.

Some examples:
Biography (see how many you have with "Man" and I will bet they are all spambots!)
Location
Interests
Occupation
Home Page - look for .ru or xxx in url as an example
Signature - look for keywords or phrases
Timezone

I will work on this myself when I get some time but it may be a while before I can code this and wile this will not solve the issues alone it will help add another layer to make the spambots harder to provide benifit to their masters.
