I'm having one of those days...

I'd like to change the font of the entire forum - but my brain refuses to remember where I change it...

Can someone remind me ?

In the style settings per each style you use. There are various places you can change the font/size, etc depending on what part you want changing.

Style Manager > find your style > Main CSS > you can change it in the Body Tag > font Family and also in any other class that has a defined Font Family like <td>, <th>, etc.
