I would like to edit the 'powered_by_vbulletin' phrase to remove the version number

(I understand from this post: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1487172 that this is allowed.)

But where do I find the file that this phrase is contained in?

admincp->Languages and Phrases->Search in Phrases->powered_by_vbulletin (Variable only)

and edit it !
