Hi folks, just wondering if its legal to change this V image on browser? if its possible how to do so?

It's called a favicon, and of course it's legal to change it.
After you create one (16x16 pixels) just name it favicon.ico and upload it to your website root. www.favicon.cc. |

The root folder is the one you put all your php files in. It's the folder that you go to when you type in www.yoursite.com
