Default Best Modules for my application

Allight, here it goes.

I run a major forum/CMS site that currently uses Postnuke as the CMS, and PNphpBB2 as the forum. (phpbb2 spinoff). I really want to upgrade to VB, but I need to make sure I cover all my bases...

Here is what I need...
  • Core forum (obviously)
  • Chat (I see Flashchat which I currently use, can easily be integrated)
  • Video Gallery/Sharing of sorts
  • Photo Gallery per user?
  • Classified Ads
  • Document Library (Manuals, etc... mostly PDF)
  • Member 'Garage'
  • Advertising
  • calendar

My other problem is... I really dont like how all VB sites seem to look the same.... Is there a good place to read up on making major changes to the looks?

The current site can be seen here, www.steelsoldiers.com

I am hoping to implement everything above better than I have now... I am open for ideas, suggestions, comments!

Please ask about converting your forum on the vB.com vBulletin Impex Import System forum.

Marco, when it comes to actually converting the data, I intend to. This wasnt so much about transferring the posts, but more about finding the right modules for doing what i need.

The base forum is 'easy' for me. I have already imported it from some msSQL database forum to what we have about 2 years ago.... Lots of excel importing and exporting!!!
