Missing Security Token?

I am getting an error when some people log in and it says they have a missing security token.

I have been told that I need to make the template I am using compatible with the version of Vbulletin but I have no idea how to do this?

update ur template
ADmincp > Style Manager > Update Template

When I do this though it breaks the template and makes it un useable!

There are the following templates that can be reverted or edited:

forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost
forumhome_forumbit_level1_post
forumhome_forumbit_level2_post
forumhome_lastpostby
header
navbar

The Default vBulletin one is also out of date.

I have checked every template for the following:
