Contact management

If now somebody clicks on contact and fills out a form, an email is sent.
So somebody has to answer this mail.
And very often, he has to type x times the same answer because it was the same question.

It would be better, if the form would lead into a thread.
AND: It should be possible to manage FAQs and therefore click on a FAQ-Answer. So this answer will be mailed back.

This would save a lot of time.
