How can I enable certain icons only on some forums?

I am hoping to make it such that conversational icons are only enabled on some of my forums. How do I do that?

Like when you look below here when you post, you see the conversational icons. I have others that are signs and not smilies. I want the signs enabled for some forums, and the smilies like the ones below for other forums.
