Looks like you've screwed up your template for it. Try reverting it (copy/save the code if you are worried about losing it). To find out which template it is using, vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code.

You find the template that is having the problems - I told you what to do in your options to put the template name in the page source. Once you know the template, go to edit it and copy the contents somewhere just in case you want it back cuz then you are going to get out of editing the template and instead just select the template name in the template screen and hit Revert. see if that fixes it. If not, it looks like a custom template so you should post in the thread/forum you got it from and have them help you fix it.
