Invalid Email Addresses - Force Verify?

Is there a way built into vB or via Mod that I can take all my users where I'm getting bounced mails from them, put them into another usergroup, and force them to check and change their email address, and re-verify, which would put them back into Registered Users.

Anything?

search for "bounce email"... there is 2 releases for this feature.
