newthread radio box option please help

I don't know if it possible to find here someone can help me to add features to editing and add a new thraed page newthread.php , 2 radio box (yes no) the selection will be with the adoption of the subject and show the result in showthread.php as yes or no .

I hope some one help me to do that thank you
