You probably will need to pay google to have a special listing. But i am not an expert on Google, best to ask on their own site.

Google does this automatically for certain sites. Try searching "vBulletin.org", for example.

I think you are talking about a bunch of site sections that are displayed below in search for some sites like vbulletin.org, vbseo.com and many more.
These are called "sitelinks". Read more about them in your google Webmaster tools as well as google help |
