Is there any way to add a shoutbox to the closed message?
So people can talk while its closed.

If you have questions/problems with a modification or style, then please post in the thread (or support forum/board) about that modification/style. Best chance to receive a reply from either the author or another member using the same modification/style.

Actually, that's an interesting idea for ... well, not a mod, since your board will be closed, and the mods won't work.

But there's a mod that allows you to set a custom page when the board is closed. You could easily embed a chatbox there.
