I find many websites like this one: http://www.wiispace.com/wii-forum/

That have rounded categorey edges.

Where can I find the code or snipets in vB.org. I have had no luck in finding the right question or I am not typing in the correct search words.

Please advise.

take a look at the uploaded Styles

most likely you will find a style with rounded corners - you can then duplicate the affect on your style
