How do i change stick thread color?

Hello folks,

I made my first sticky and it made the bar a awfull color, i spent a few hours trying to find out where that setting was out to no avail.

Any insight would be much appreciated, thanks

I don't think this is specially made for sticky threads but there's an interesting mod here that I don't see why won't be good on sticky topics as well, it is only to be used by Admins. Look at the screenshots.
