Hello..

Just transferred my vB to a new server...used by hard drive writing...

Need to CHMOD files correctly so that vB hopefully works properly..having a lot of double posting issues and images not displaying correctly...

Please help.
What files in vB need to be CHMOD and to what values? Couldn't find it on vb.com

everything should be set to 755 i think except your signature pics, smilies, attachment, profile pic folders

You should always read the manual. 1) Backing Up and Moving the Files

Although I don't think it will solve your double posting issue...

Well, nothing was moved via FTP. It was through data transfer with the hard drives..

Well its always worth double checking then... I presumed you wanted to know which ones you needed to CHMOD (and they are listed on that page).
