Avatar Problem.

I actually see little options for the avtars or none at all.
I want to set a limit for the width/height of the avatar the users could use (For ex 200 by 200) upload or even if it's from an external site.
And if i wanted to remove the option for external site avatar, how would i?

I'm lost, help!

Edit Usergroup settings is where you find all this stuff.
