cant see user profile fields

Ok all I have a small problem if i look up a users profile there is a headder listing Additional information but I can never see any of the information under this headder I know there is info there such as Biography because it shows in the postbit template but for some reason i do not see it in the user profile any help troubleshooting would be appreciated.

Create a New Style with no Parent Style, browse the affected pages using this style. Does your issue persist?
