I'm getting a database error. Help!

I just started to get this error:

Database error The [Removed URL] database has encountered a problem. Please try the following:

• Load the page again by clicking the [Removed] button in your web browser.
• Open the www.XXXXXXXXXX home page, then try to open another page.
• Click th [Removed] button to try another link.

The [removed] forum technical staff have been notified of the error, though you may contact if the problem persists.
We apologise for any inconvenience.

I haven't installed any hacks that would cause that. Also, I have reinstalled 3.7.3 and got the same error right after step 5 of 5.

It doesn't like what you have in the "To:" field since the username has an apostrophe. You need to ask in that modification thread for help fixing this error.

I can't access my ACP or I would change the name myself. I guess I should ask the author of the Mod anyways?

I'm surprised that error is stopping you from accessing the ACP though. But anyway, you can disable your plugins through your config.php file
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

I may be wrong here but I think the modification may be vulnerable to attack. You should ask the author of the hack to investigate this error.
