Doesn't seem all that difficult... Basically you just clone the subscription script and templates but rather than using them to change that user, you put a different userid in. Very similar code.
Take a look at https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=166121 which was for 3.6 but looks like it would work on 3.7 with perhaps a little tweaking if any.
