How can I make this into a block?

What do you mean, a block? A block where? What kind of block? You need to be more specific...

Are you talking about: [How-to] Add more tabs to the vB 3.7 profile pages ?

lol a block in my profile. Sorry, I'm new to 3.7

That is helpful but I still don't know how to embed html into a block.
