Statistics Modifications - e-steki Banlist v1.2

v1.1 is better only under the hood: I fixed some bugs and optimized the code.

It works for 3.6.x as well and it might work with 3.5.x.

• Fixed bug that showed the liftdate as 1/1/70
• Fixed bug that required someone to set the users per page for the hack to function
• Added new setting for the banned usergroupids (useful if you have many)
• Fixed bug that showed one less user per page (if you had set it to 10 per page, it showed 9)

vBulletin Options-> e-steki Banlist Settings -> Usernames per page

put the number of users to show per page

For temp bans the lift date shows as 12-31-1969
