Very new to this.
I changed out a banner add in the code (header, headinclude and footer that I have done dozens of times. When I save the change I got a message that the server timed out and the connection was lost. I went back to the template and ALL of code was gone. It's like the template was never there, including the code. Can I recover this? |

You can Revert the template and it should fill the template with all the default vb code.

The default code would not take into account the structure that was put in place for the template...would it?
We added banner area's etc and if I revert would that not be just bringing in the default template? Last question...how do I "revert"? |

Admincp => Styles => Choose your style has changed, click the template you changed and in the right there is a "REVERT" button.

Always back-up your data on a regular basis. I hope you get your code back, but either way let this be a lesson for adopting regular backups of all important files. |

Import the style again by don't overwrite the current style. Then you can copy/paste the templates that you want.
