statistic on another page

i succed to read the session of a user in my portal, bt now i'd like to read the statistic of the forum..

if include global.php and then i try to echo the (for example) $numbermembers, it does nothing...
even if i use before this code:

what i have to include to read the statistic of the forum in my website?
