Is there an easy way to download all the threads and posts of a vBulletin forum and make them viewable offline? If everything was complied as the "printable" version of each thread, would this be possible without running mysql, and php software locally? I am asking this question as the owner of the forum, not someone wishing to download someone else's forum.
Thanks, jbear6 |

I've been asking for this feature for a while. It would really help cut down on the size of the db.
Offload all threads older than x days to an indexed .txt file or something. There's a feature request forum around here somewhere, or at vb.com. Maybe a mod request here might work. |

Thanks for the reply Videx. I thought about posting in the Requests For Paid Services forum, but after reading the sticky threads, and a couple of threads where buyers were ripped off, I decided against it.
