How can I get my smiles expand too 100% instead of bunching up like this on my quick reply area?

You probably have the "smilies per line" set to three. Make the number larger. vboptions > Message Posting Interface Options

Thanks. Before I can do that, how do I move my smiles box down under the editor on my Post Reply page like it is on my quick reply?

I don't know. You'd have to look in the mods - "smilies" "all mods" "titles only"
