Can't download attachments

It has been fine up until today. My licence is still running, so not sure why I get this error while trying to download Mods:

nicksource, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Thanks Opserty. It seems it's only certain things that won't allow me. Some mods download okay.

You can't download modification attachments from the vBulletin 2.x series.

I just want the small flag images though.

Anything released for 2.x has been archived - images included.
