What's the variable for the skype details?

$userinfo[skype] does not work.

The variable used may depend on where you are trying to use it. On the member page, it is $userinfo['skype']. On some templates (do a search in templates for "skype") you simply put $userinfo[skypeicon] because the code has the whole link and all put into that variable.
