changing display of 'no permissions' page

By default, unregistered members are shown a 'No Permissions' page if they enter an invalid url to the website (ie. asked to login or register). How can I change this so that the guests are not shown the 'No Permissions' page but are instead redirected to a different page (like they would be if they were logged in) ?

U must edit the no permissions templates...

Open that style and find permissions templates and edit with your new info or U can install third party mod and redirect to its page...
