vWar CountDown - Display ForumHome

Hi guys,

Just a quick question. Ive been trying to get my head around how I could display a thirdparty php application on my vB ForumHome page.

The application im trying to get working is the vWar countdown.php.

Basically all I want to do is display the content on my forum home...and wouldnt have a clue how to do it.
Ive been running it with Joomla just in simple wrapper - can this be done in vBulletin also?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the countdown.php.
