Editor Button - Safari
Why does the Switch Editor Mode button disappear while browsing in Safari?
This might be an easy question or hard one, don't know, I just noticed it one time and thought it strange why that button of all of them doesn't appear. Browser issue? |

It's surrounded by a condition:
<if condition="$show['wysiwyg_compatible']"> So, somewhere it has been determined that the wysiwyg editor is not compatible with the Safari browser. Why? I don't know. That might be a question better asked at vb.com. (Do you have Safari? Try taking that condition off and see what happens.) |

I think there are problems with the WYSIWYG editor in safari so they've just removed the option for it.

I think there is a thread over at .com about this issue. I haven't read it lately although I've seen it bumped.
