How do I place my smiles like we have on vb.org ; and display more smiles I want 20 smiles to be displayed before I click more smiles link.

It was released by the member of staff at vBulletin.org who coded it here.

Then, go to vBulletin Options > Message Posting Interface Options and then edit the count for Smiliebox Total Smilies.
