Thanks a lot it is work but i think you miss the play and pause images in the live page
by the way is it the same mod of this:

because the live page named as ispy

I want to know about $highestid = 0; What this variable mean?
And what going functions Play Comments/Pause Comments

So it`s good modification but i think will be better if there are more options for setting in AdminCP such as "To Show /or not preview message text", "Number of latest posts for show", "Updated time of new posts", "id forums, who thread will not show"etc. For change it whithout editing code in files
