How could i go about making all

how can i go about getting them to all get automatcialy changed into [hide]http:\\link.com[/hide]

I've got the [hide] mod already setup and working. I just need that part and im not sure how to do it. I know you can do it because i've done it before! I had to edit a .php in my forums root and it was somthing like [hide]url[/hide] or somthing around. I'm not sure.

Help please
