I've inquired if there is one but have been unsuccessful.

Can someone create a chat mod similar to the popup one that is used on facebook please?

Just to make it clear....its not a shoutbox nor is it a chat room.

It would be nice a bottom bar like facebook (so we can add chat and other things), and a chat that give the possibility to chat only with the people who are in the friendlist.
