he is using an anonymous proxy, which lets him come in from a different IP.

So what's he doing? He can't sign up if you've got ReCaptcha..have faith in VB's security.

CAPTCHA's only stop bots, not actual humans.
Most likely, he is using Tor (or something similar), which will once a while change his route to the internet, you will not be able to stop him. I don't see how logging on is hacking though... |

jkcerda, Perhaps he is a member of a secondary usergroup that you forgot about? I know if I forget to remove a banned person from a secondary group, they still get access.

Yeah By him logging on isn't hacking. All I would say is either keep banning him. Or setup you're account for an 2 hour password change ect.. And make sure you're admin password is not the same as anything else that he may know.
