Need help to change the activation page message

i want to know how can i change this message to my own message

username, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I don't remember the exact name of the phrase you need to edit, however ypu can find it by going to AdminCP->Phrases->Search and paste a portion of the phrase, then select "by phrase text". Once you see the phrase u want to edit, all ypu have to do is click on edit and change to whatever u want.

vbadmin > Languages and phrases on left menu > Search in phrases > paste this in the top box to "Search for text"

You should come up with three phrases to choose from. Looking at them closely I think you can decide which one you want to edit. Click edit. Now click Copy Default Text button. Now edit that text and click save.
