Sends to user an pm when a new Visitor Message is posted.

Installation:
1)Import the product.

Where to set option:
vBulletin Options-> User Profile: Visitor Messaging Options->
Enable Private Message Notify, Private Message From (Username) and Private Message From (Userid)

It would be nice to have the option for the PM to come from the member who left the message OR the member that received the message.
