Is this a bug?

I have downloaded some styles for my vBulletin. However it seems that whenever I edit any of the fields in the style manager -> all style options, it changes these 4 fields to 0:

Spacer Size (pixels)
Outer Border Width (pixels)
Inner Border Width (pixels)
Table Cell Padding (pixels)

Any chance someone could tell me why this is happening?

Have you got any screenshots of what the style looks like and the error?

The error happens on ANY template. I go and I change something like the logo and I click save css and those mentioned above all change to 0.
