Help Integrate Adsense to LDM

Hello my friends again with a doubt.
In links and downloads manager has an option to leave comments.

I want the comments are adsense advertising.
I tried to activate the html code to enter the adsense in the comments.
But besides that I would be tedious to add a link link.the adsense code.
