I'm not sure what you mean unless you don't know how to edit a template? If not, go to Admin CP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > find your style and from the dropdown on the right select Edit Templates. You may expand all the templates by hitting the <<>> button. Find 'navbar' and double-click it to edit or just select 'navbar' and hit Edit on the right. Then follow the instructions in the article.
