Obviously I have a lot customized, but I get this problem every time a quick reply is made. The new post spans the entire width of the site, even if I have a fixed width.

It happens in all styles, even vBulletin Default which I have not touched a single template of.

I'm at a loss for what to even look for because it only deals with the AJAX replies. If you refresh the page everything is correct.

Try disabling your mods one by one till u figure out which one it is.
