Problems with sound withyoutube links

I can get the youtube video to show up and play. everybody else can hear sound but i cant hear sound when they play. when i use youtube the video play fine there and have sound. How can everyone on my site hear the vidoes but i can not.... these are the youtube link you can post in threads . like i said they work fine for everyone else i just get no sound the admin who installed it ..

any ideas
