I could not get the page to load, very very slow response times, This needs to be corrected if you expect any visitors. I waited about 30 seconds and still did not load anything so I exited.

to much stuff moving around, It loaded okay for me, but after watching the logo graphic repeat, with the huge marquee scroll below it followed with a count down time i already felt like my eyes were in hell

HostGator are upgrading the server so thats maybe why

looks aweful in IE...All your graphics are missing in blak ice style and to many moving text images :down:

In a nutshell the tweaking you've made to this style (which I once reviewed by another board using the same style) you've managed to kill a visually pleasing style. Firstly, members know who's administrators and the other important townsfolk that moderate a forum. They don't need a background colour behind the online usernames which i have to say makes the text hard to read. You've managed to give off the opposite effect you probably intended.

Your advertisement banners are overlapping the gradients in the sidepanels viewed using firefox so I suggest on fixing this little issue.

Donation buttons are always a great way to earn money, but I don't even have access to any forums or have a sneak preview in what your forum provides so I suspect that donations will not be forthcoming if people don't know what content your provide. Do I get triple H for signing up?

The scrolling animation thing that's going on in the header can become extremely annoying. Don't forget, your members have to view this scrolling nightmare on every page and I wouldn't be surprised if half your members/guests are fomaing at the mouth. Same rule for the scrolling text under the logo. In short, (And it's the best advice i can give you) remove it asap. Members will love you more for it and will be more encouraged to donate once you give guests more access or a sneak peak in forums and content that you are serving up.

All in all i cannot comment to much on the visual aspect because i don't have acess to other pages otherwise you would have recieved a more thourough critique. Overall, I'm not an avid fan of your forum it needs work to bring it to a state that is acceptable to guests and most probably members.

Okay, from what I've noticed, my improvements for you are:

1. Cut out the scrolling. The scrolling title image is incredibly annoying, and basically gets on people's nerves about three seconds in. The marquee is even worse. Make these things static if you need them there, although the marquee as a whole could be done without.

2. Colour the usernames, not the background behind them.

3. Give more of a look at the forums. Because at the moment, you won't get any search engine traffic because no forums are visible, and most guests will just turn away because they don't know what your board is actually offering them.

I know its not the best looking but am new so for now its the best i can do

Okay, your members online and such like looks a lot better now, so well done for that aspect. Smilies look good enough, so good job on adding more smilies. Okay, from a quick login, you do have a shoutbox, which is a good feature to add for an informal forum. However, a few criticisms still stand:

1. Your navbar looks kind of too full for some reason, so I'd recommend cutting these links:

Calendar
New Posts

You also have a help centre which is a bit strange, especially as this isn't anything related to a technical type topic, and what's un needed with the help forum you have. You may also want some nice, fun features like an arcade or something, just for fun.

You have however got a nice style for your forum, at least the main style looks great. You also have filled up most of the forums, and while you have the right amount of them, you do have a few too little posts (about a seventh of the member count of your forum's post count), so you might want to get discussions going a bit, considering you have a very nice amount of members and activity. All in all though, good job, and I hope you do great!
