Moneybookers API

I set up a moneybookers account where they told me they do accept recurring payments....then, when I went to activate the subscription API, it says Moneybookers does not support recurring payments. So, I guess my questions is: Will vBulletin try to bill the users moneybookers account when the subscription expires as it does for PayPal?
