Different color for new/old posts

Im looking for something like this :

I know is in treadbit but is abit complicate than stiky one
Cant handle myself and i dont know where to modifiy so colors can change in forums aswell when they contain new posts..

I would think a simple modification of that code would be all that you'd need.

Like replacing "sticky" with "newposts". Old posts can just be whatever your bg color is naturally, just have the new one's be different and you can use the same set up he's made.

I'm sure many coders here could modify his code for you, or just ask that dude in that thread.
