user view soft delete threads

Hey, I am looking for a mod or permission that will allow me to do this-
I was a member of a forum that allowed members to view the deletion notices of their own soft deleted threads. I know how to make it so that members can view everyones deletion notices, but not just their own.

Its listed under AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Edit Usergroup

"Can View Deletion notices" or something like that.
